ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a photographer artist and photography, since its birth, is a technology in the making where each of its innovations brings different stylistic and narrative results.
Man and his habitat in the broad sense are the object of my work and it is through them that I express my art. I observe them to then reproduce them according to my sensitivity using the technique that inspires me the most at that moment.
Color, black and white, infrared, digital or analog, are all techniques that I have always used and then combined in post-production. This resumption of the creative process after shooting, even by means of collages or pictorial interventions, allows me to produce images that go beyond what the camera was able to record, in order to bring as close as possible the reality felt by the heart to that perceived by the eye.
In general, my subjects revolve around the landscape, whether urban or rural, people's faces and the product of their inventiveness. I am interested in imperfection to show its poetry.
